When we try to send a mail to an account, we used to receive bounce back informing that the IP is blocked in Barracuda. You can check the following link to know in which all spam databases the server IP is blocked.

If the IP address is blocked in Barracuda, you can request them to delist it after confirming the reputation of the IP address.
To unblock an IP ADDRESS from the Baraccuda list, please visit http://bbl.barracudacentral.com/q.cgi?ip=72.34.40.83 (replace with the IP ADDRESS and / or the spam database as appropriate) and follow the instructions.
