Disable Modsecurity

Add the following into .htaccess

SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

IT IS POSSIBLE TO DISABLE MOD_SECURITY UNDER PARTICULAR FOLDERS i.e add a .htaccess file under that folder and add the above two lines
