database repair

mysqldump: Got error: 145: Table './epidata_tikidb/tiki_searchindex' is
marked as crashed and should be repaired when using LOCK TABLES

solution:

myisamchk -crS /var/lib/mysql/database/*.MYI

To repair a table?

myisamchk -r /var/lib/mysql/apnoshr_joomla/jos_components.MYI
