Solution: change crontab with curl
i.e */5 * * * * curl http://thewebsitemarketingpro.com/bie_v6/indexexpress.php
for php give the full path.. i.e /home/uname/public_html/thewebsitemarketingpro.com/bie_v6/indexexpress.php
